Catch em’ all!
Good morning everyone! Welcome to 7-12-2016’s PokeFitness workout.
I woke up this morning to boot my computer up and saw that people everywhere were tweeting about having sore legs from Pokemon GO and thought “holy crap, that’s awesome!”. People are accidentally exercising, how friggin cool is that!!
So why don’t we go ahead and make those legs a little bit more sore! Yay, lactic acid!

Ruck Sack (optional)
Jog/ walk/ ruck/ bike until completion of:
Catching 20 Pokemon, regardless of what they are
(don’t worry, you can always send them back to the professor for more Pokecandy!)
Every time you catch a Pokemon that you already own, do 10 air squats and 10 lunges (10 lunges each leg)
Every time you catch a Pokemon that you don’t own, do 20 air squats and 20 lunges (20 lunges each leg)
End of exercise: Whatever the CP of the 20th Pokemon you catch, plank for that long in seconds. Example: the CP of the 20th Pokemon I catch is 120, I’ll plank for 2 minutes straight!
If the CP is too high, just try to get there! The burning is a good thing!
MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING PROPER SQUAT FORM. Also, STRETCH before doing this workout or it’s gon’ hurt!
1. Move until you see a Pokemon, then catch it!
2. If you already own it, do 10 air squats and 10 lunges (each leg). If you don’t own it, double those numbers!
3. Move until you catch another Pokemon
4. Repeat until you catch 20 pokemon
5. Whatever the CP is of the 20th pokemon, plank for that many seconds!
6. FEEL THE BURN
Lower the numbers if you need to.
